Authentic Czech beer & cuisine experience

Our brewery restaurant is a place where quality beer meets excellent food. We offer a wide range of traditional Czech dishes carefully prepared by our experienced chefs. Great beer deserves great food, and we make sure our menu perfectly complements our brews.

The restaurant seats up to 180 guests and the menu features a rich selection of Czech classics and beer specialities. The first stage of brewing — boiling — happens right before the eyes of our guests. The process then continues in the cellar with fermentation and maturation. We pour beer straight from the brewery tanks, which translates into outstanding flavour.

Beyond the brewery and restaurant, you can also peek into the world of glassmaking. From 3:30 p.m. you can step out onto the gallery of the glasshouse hall and warm yourself by the red-hot furnaces — a unique opportunity to see how glass is made and how the glassworks share a roof with our brewery.
